Our Origins 

The United Gamers Coalition was founded on July 23, 2001. 

Our Creed

It is the purpose of the United Gamers Coalition to promote and exemplify the ideals of friendship, fair play, honesty, and fun and hard fought competition. As a group we dedicate ourselves to these concepts: that we need each other, that we help each other and that we will all work together toward being the best group of gamers and friends in the world of virtual gaming and the world of real life. 


As such, we will welcome anyone who wishes to join in what we do. Our members are, and always will be, some of the most respected online warriors. We have come together because of our friendship and because of our desire to share this sense of fellowship with others. We invite you to join us on this journey into the future. We invite you to share in this most diverse of communities. We invite you to join in our purpose...

Our Policy on Game Servers 

Ownership 

Any member of the United Gamers Coalition may purchase or rent a game server for any game they prefer, they may donate their game server to be used by the United Gamers Coalition. This server will remain in the care of the member owning the server. 


Administration 

The owner of the game server donated to the United Gamers Coalition will be the sole administrator. The owner may however designate another willing member or members to assist or take over administrative powers of the server. The owner of the server may at any time resume full administration of his own server. The owner of the server may at any time shutdown said server without prior warning to other members. 


Our Policy on Voice/Chat Servers (Teamspeak, Ventrillo, etc...)

The owner of the voice/chat server donated to the United Gamers Coalition will be the sole administrator. The owner may however designate another willing member or members to assist or take over administrative powers of the server. The owner of the server may at any time resume full administration of his own server. The owner of the server may at any time shutdown said server without prior warning to other members.


One Server Policy

In order to have a single voice/chat server for all members to participate in, UGC will only have one voice/chat server at a time. If at any time the voice/chat server is taken down by the owner, any member may purchase or rent a new server for use by the members of UGC.

One Web Server Policy 

In order to have a single web server for all members to participate in, UGC will only have one web server at a time. If at any time the web server is taken down by the owner, any member may purchase or rent a new server for use by the members of UGC. 


New Membership 

Any person who wishes to join the United Gamers Coalition is requested to post their intent to be a member in the forums. It is also requested that the new member make his presence known to the current membership so that we may get to know the prospected member. In time a current member may request that the prospected member be made a full member. If no member disagrees then the prospected member becomes a the newest member. If a member posts a disagreement against the prospected member, then membership is denied until all currrent members are in agreement.
